HHS is seeking input from across our workforce about their lived experience with equity, diversity and inclusion at Hamilton Health Sciences. The survey is available November 25 – December 9, 2021.
Your input is confidential. Key themes from the survey will help guide the President’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Advisory Council in its work going forward.

Team members who participate in the EDI Workforce Survey may enter to win a pair of tickets to the Grey Cup on Sunday, December 12.
This is an exciting opportunity as Hamilton’s own Tiger-Cats face the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Upon completion of the EDI Workforce Survey, you will have the option to provide your name and contact information for the draw (separate from your survey response).
Note: If you have already participated in the EDI Workforce Survey you may enter to win the tickets HERE.
The draw will take place on Friday, December 10 at 1200 hrs and the recipient will be notified by 1300 hrs. If the recipient has not responded to confirm acceptance of prize and arrangements for receipt of tickets by 1500 hrs on Friday, December 10th, an alternate recipient will be selected.
