Where to send questions about Epic training
Training registration and eLearning have begun for all staff and physicians who will use Epic. Staff and physicians will be registered for training by their manager, chief, clinical director, program director, or that person's assigned delegate.
If you are responsible for registering physicians/providers and/or non-provider staff, please note that there are two different inboxes for training questions:
If you have questions about physician/provider training, please email ProviderEpicTraining@hhsc.ca
If you have questions about non-provider training, please email EpicTraining@hhsc.ca
Sending your questions to the correct inbox will help the training team respond to you in a more timely manner.
